Third-party processors

Submitted study content may be sent to AI providers to generate translations, vocabulary, feedback, or audio. Billing information may be processed by Stripe. Email delivery may use the configured SMTP provider. These providers process information to support the requested service.

AI processing

When you use AI-powered features, the text you submit and related request details may be processed by AI providers to return the requested study output. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for your study request.

Cookies and retention

We use essential cookies or identifiers for login sessions, guest quota tracking, and security. We retain account, usage, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, enforce limits, resolve disputes, and meet legal or security needs.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your account information, and you may object to or restrict certain processing where applicable law provides those rights. We do not claim to sell personal information.

Security and children

We use reasonable technical safeguards such as password hashing, session cookies, and server-side access controls. IELTS Study Hub is intended for learners old enough to manage an online study account and is not directed to young children.
