Using the service

IELTS Study Hub provides vocabulary practice, sentence translation, text-to-speech, and related study tools. You are responsible for how you use study content and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Educational content

AI-generated examples, translations, and feedback are for study support only. They may be incomplete or incorrect, and IELTS Study Hub does not guarantee any exam score, admission result, or official IELTS outcome.

Use of AI

IELTS Study Hub uses artificial intelligence services to generate vocabulary examples, translations, writing feedback, and speech audio. Review AI output before relying on it, especially for exam preparation, academic work, or important decisions.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate account information and verify your email address when required.
• Do not abuse quotas, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the service, or interfere with other users.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates another person's rights.

Fair use

Use IELTS Study Hub in a reasonable way for personal study and learning. We may apply rate limits, quotas, temporary restrictions, or account review when usage is excessive, automated, abusive, harmful to service reliability, or outside the intended educational purpose.

Billing

Paid plans, when offered, are processed by Stripe. Billing terms shown at checkout apply to the purchase. Deleting a local app account does not automatically cancel a Stripe subscription unless the checkout or account process says otherwise.

Availability and changes

The service may change, be limited, or be unavailable at times. We may update these terms when the service changes. Material changes should be presented clearly rather than applied secretly.
